Youth Gift Card Program -SCRIP
Below are order form for the program.
Please feel free to complete this order form for future orders and either email
it to me at
jayandtammy@comcast.net or bring it to
church with you on Sunday.
Remember that orders placed by 6pm on Sunday will be available at the church
office the following Friday or on Sunday between both services.
Also, please not there have been some changes in gift card amounts at Golden
Corral, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays (all have been changed to $25.00)
Wal-Mart gift cards are also available in $100 cards as well as $25 cards.
