On January 12, 2010, an earthquake with a 7.0 magnitude rocked the impoverished island nation of Haiti. Reaching out in Christian love, Heritage Presbyterian Church partnered with Presbyterian Disaster Assistance and long-time Haiti missionaries Bruce and Deb Robinson.The Robinson’s had long been acquainted with Rev. Sid Gunter’s brother Shelvyn. Shelvyn worked with others in the Elberton, GA, community to provide a way to send needed supplies directly to those in need.
